Flat rate per seam for any other alteration made to the jacket or pants.
Example: Taking in a jacket from a single center seam would count as 1 seam, but taking in a jacket from both side seams would count as 2 seams. Shortening both sleeves on a jacket would count as 2 seams. The only exception is hemming a pair of pants costs a grand total of $25, not per hem.
